Join us for ACEP25 from September 7—10, 2025 at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, UT.

Access for registered press includes public presentations, educational programming, the Research Forum and the Exhibit Hall. All courses and lectures during ACEP25 will be in-person only and will not be live-streamed for remote access. ACEP staff is available to help arrange interviews with ACEP faculty for all courses and Research Forum.

To register as press, you must have valid press credentials or identification from a valid news organization. ACEP members and ACEP25 Exhibitors are not eligible to register as press. All requests for press credentials may be subject to further review and approval.

Credentials may be picked up in in the Communications Workroom, Salt Palace Convention Center — Level 2, Room 258 during the following hours (subject to change):

Saturday, September 6 3:00—5:00 PM
Sunday, September 7 7:00 —8:30 AM and 2:30—5:30 PM

Currently, there are no COVID-19 protocols in place for ACEP25. We will continue to update our policies as changes are made or required.
